Narcotics safe

According to section 15 of the German Drug Law (BtMG) each participant in the circulation of narcotics is obliged to store the narcotics being in his possession separately and to secure them against unauthorized taking-out.

According to the present findings relating to security a sufficient safeguarding against unauthorized taking-out of narcotics is , as a matter of principle, only ensured, if the receptacles or premises earmarked for the storage are at least meeting the demands as stated in the new Regulations for securing supplies of narcotics (as of January 1, 2007).
